  The location was good. Very quiet, close to a underground / subway stop and close to free parking. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. - Very last minute booking due to air traffic ... what people say » control strike, and all hotels full... everything worked perfectly, very clean appartment, nicely decorated, all worked well.

  The location was great, only 10 min walking till historical Check Point Charlie square & near to many other historical places. In Check Point Charlie you can get on “hop on hop off “tour buses if you want. Only 5 min walking to metro station where from there you can start using Berlin great public transport metro & tram connections. And a... what people say » bout the reception staff they were very nice & helpful, we arrived early at 9:00 am in the morning they offered us having extra breakfast only 5 e - The receptionist was a bit rude to start with but later he was better. The receptionist later on the night was very nice. Even tho I didnt have the chance to visit the city, was very close to the citycentre and if I go back there, I may stay on the same hotel. Parking was 5euros per day if you buy from the hotel, but as I arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning, i managed to find free parking 300metres from the hotel, just look around the residential areas if you dont want to

  Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, providing extra sheets and speakers for an iPod after we arrived. The apartment is in a quiet part of Karl Marx Strasse, 1 min from the tube, 10 mins walk from Alexanderplatz, 5mins from the Spree, 5 mins from Volkspark, and so is very central. Was just two of us, privacy may be an issue if there are four travelling, but it depends how well you know each other! Facilities are good. TV, toaster, cooker,fridge,kettle etc. No iron though so if you want to look your best take a travel iron!

  Very nice, quiet, modern design big appartment, very good equiped (we have found everything we need). We felt really comfortable there. Friendly and helpful staff.   Stayed here 3 nights in October-November 2013 and it was a good experience. The hotel is located 10 minutes walking from Osloerstrasse U-Bahn station (u8 and u9 lines). Check-in can be made at the automatic machine they have outside of the hotel and it is quite fast. I stayed in a single room, it was clean, modern and cozy, with all the basic faci... what people say » lities needed despite being a very small area. The breakfast doesn't have a huge variety but it is acceptable. Overall, I strongly recommend this hote - The room & bathroom are v clean and new. The lady at the reception was v friendly, helpfull & funny. We loved her. The hotel is in a quite area but the tram is just accross the street & the underground is 5 min walk & take 10 min to reach the center of the city. The price is gr8. Wifi is good and free. I would come back to this hotel if i visit berlin again

  Everything!!! I checked in with 8hrs of delay but the staff opened and gave me a great welcome!!! The staff is just great, rooms are clean and the services are all ok! The position is quite good and the neighborhood is silent...
