  Everything. The staff were so helpful. They upgraded our rooms to one bed apartments. Which were amazing with everything you could wish for in inc tv in both bed and lounge. The bar manager Andre even organised my 60th birthday! I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, - We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar. We gathered there every evening with our friends, and again after we had visited

  Very service minded staff! Nice and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Stayed during the Berlin Marathon weekend where they focused on servicing the runners that lived at their hotel (baskets of bananas etc.) and even after check out they let me use their vitality club to shower and relax before the trip back home.
