Staying here I had the pleasure of meeting an amazing staff that was willing to help you 27/7 in any needs you had. They work there because they feel passionate about their job and creating a good experience for their guests. The hostel is probably the best one I ha... what people say » ve stayed in Europe. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bathrooms were modern and cleaned every day, and the social area always had people willing - I was in a 6 bed room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shared bathroom had 3 showers and the water was hot which I liked the most. The hostel was convenient to the west city center. There's a underground station next to it. The stuff were all very friendly and very helpful. They introduced the whole city to us and marked the popular places to go on the map for us, saved us lots of time. Love this....

  It was located in a nice area near a canal, with a lot of affordable restaurants nearby. As well, the staff were really friendly, approachable, and full of information. There seemed to be an adequate amount of powerpoints for everyone, and there were bonus bathrooms on my floor for when the one in my dorm was taken. Hostel have their own bikes, which is very convenient (you don't need to search for bike rent) and a must if you want to see a lot in a city. The hotel is also big on health!!! Most hotels would put a chocolate on your pillo - The hotel was in a great location, right on the doorstep of all the main attractions of Berlin and even opposite the Topography of Terrors Museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always polite and could speak perfect English. They even rang a restaurant for ten minutes trying to get us a reservation. The room was very spacious and clean and had all the facilities you would require.

  Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. I recommend staying there :) - almost everything. nice people, nice and large room with lots of considerate elements, care about guest's special request. very good location, there is a big shoppingmall just around the corner. The hotel is in the center of city, but in a very very quiet environment. We enjoy our stay very much! A free bottle of water provided in the room.
