  The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and met all our needs. The heated bathroom floor and fluffy towels were excellent. - Fantastic accomodation in a very nice neighborhood close to the city center. In sum: Spitzenklasse!

  Super convenient way to position yourself for a very easy transition to the airport. Great staff and good, late-night eating options....even has an outdoor eating area looking over to the terminals that is oddly pleasant. Easy in to get your car to the very front of the hotel from the arrival lanes. Easy off load and check in parking. Easy to turn... what people say » in rental cars after you just check in...just out the parking gae to the left, follow Ausfahrt...down the spiral ramp (a bit carefully)...Look for ar - The hotel was amazing! So very luxurious. Everything you could ever need was right there for you Mp3 connections in rooms, free wifi, music/tv being played in the bathroom, toiletries, iron, hairdryer even an ice bicket and corkscrew! The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Just Amazing! The hotel is a small walk across the the car park and a short train ride from Hamberg central from the train station in the airport! Next time I go to Hamburg I will be staying at this hotel.
