  Beautiful hotel with great design and view over the railway, best location next to fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and were able to find a parking spot just outside every night. The reception personnel were ok, the girls at the breakfast buffet (which was fantastic) were very polite and helpful - they surely deserved the tip. We are definitely coming back to Berlin and to this hote - Awesome staff especially front desk! Isabelle was very helpful. Rooms size was perfect with comfortable King bed. RainShower was so relaxing as well as Sauna on lower level. Since it was snowing the days I was there the lobby fire pit was great. Location awesome to get anywhere with the S-Bhangra only a block away. Several great local restaurants. Go to Berlin for ITB every year and already looking forward to return visit.

She was so kind when we unexpectedly arrived early, and she helped store our bags until a room could be prepared for us. Her recommendations for restaurants and shopping were perfect every time.   Clean and modern room, in walking distance from Savigny Platz, which is a big advantage as it took us just a 30 min to get to Potsdam (direct line), great location in terms of shops, Tegel Airport (less than 20 min by a taxi), subway. Kitchen was well equipped. It was fairly close to shops in town, but at least 10mins walk to the nearest train station. Location was quiet and we felt very safe.
