Our two-bedroom apt had a large livingroom and nice kitchen, with top-floor dormer windows looking right out over the Frauenkirche square. Very clean, very nice. We couldn't have been closer to the action, and the street where we enter the apt is full of cafes and bars.

Room is very nice, big and clean. Room is preety modern and maybe luxury- it has standard of 4 stars hotels. It is really good hotel. Stuff is very kind and helpful, one miss cleaned parking place for us and they are really all helpful and kind. Parking is public but hotel owns 20 places which are separate by metal doors. Elevator is going to there. Location is perfect, close to Main Street and Grunes Gewolbe Museum. We recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone.

If you cannot or dont want to stay in the old side if the city, thats a very good option. Althoug not an English spoken receptionist we got a way to communicate! The only minus would be the lack os places to eat around the hotel.

It's a newly renovated hotel in an older building, right on one tram route and with easy access to many more. The room was quite large, modern, and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. Very easy 5-10 minute tram ride to the center- stops a block from the hotel. Little shops near by for fruit, mail, etc. Lovely neighborhood, too. Very simple rooms, but spotless.
