  We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The guy on the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating.. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, for cleanliness comfort, - We loved the Adina, and will definitely try another of their hotels in other destinations. The room was really well laid out. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on, and the bathroom was spacious. It was so easy to get to restaurants and places we wanted to visit. The staff were utterly charming and the check in and out were swiftly and efficiently dealt with. One of the best features was the bar.   Superb hotel for the price bracket. Very good standard all round. Room was excellent, very well appointed. We had a slight problem with the heating system. Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room.   Lovely welcoming staff. We had a standard double room with a very comfortable bed. The room was nicely spacious with an apple computer with Internet and ipod speaker doc.
