Very friendly and helpful staff - Excellent central location. Quiet rooms overlooking the inner courtyard; these were requested and supplied. Free internet use was a bonus. Nice bar and restaurant, although our use of these was minimal.

A free drink at the bar was offered after check-in, which was a nice touch.
The location is close (5 mins walk) to the old city centre, yet easy to unload bags/check-in as there is a reserved bay in front of the hotel. Private covered parking is available a 2 min walk away (4.70 euros per night), the WiFi worked fine on my visit.
