  Breakfast was excellent, Staff serving breakfast was very obliging. Tram, Underground are not far away so you can reach downtown in minutes - Nice looking, clean and comfortable rooms. Polite staff. Excellent breakfast. Only Good communications: 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz with M5/M6, and only one station to Landsberger Allee with M5/M6.

Immediately, a maintance engineer appeared to fix it. We were moved to a lovely room and then offered an upgrade to a corner room.
