  We arrived well before check-in with the intention of only dropping our bags until the advertised check-in time.. The guy on the front desk could not have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating.. He helped us book a last-minute city tour and provided detailed information for the Christmas markets. While our room was be - The hotel is cozy, comfortable and quiet. Nicely located in East Berlin, it's minutes away from Alexanderplatz, underground and some of the most famous Berlin monuments. Nothing to complain about here. Staff is superb. There's no breakfast at the hotel - my best advice here is to go to Alex restaurant (located in the bottom of the TV Tower), you can get buffet breakfast for 7 euros every day from 9 to 12. In the evening you can have dinner round around the corner in a couple of very nice german

  Lovely hotel, friendly and professional staff, good location, excellent air conditioning (the main reason I booked that particular hotel - August in Berlin can be stifling!).   The hotel was old fashioned but very well maintained and clean. The staff were very helpful and the location was excellent - we were only a 10 minute walk from the busy city centre but there was hardly any traffic around the hotel so the area was quiet. - Very easy to access the U-Bahn.   The location is very good. It's close to many places one "should" visit in the city. The stuff was very nice too! The ground floor is nice, cause there is a (kind of) bar at night there, and many sofas chairs and tables. Also, the building has a beautiful internal open space too! What is more, the place is clean and the rooms (at lea - It was a nice place to stay, most of the staff are helpful and willing to help point you to find anything your after, well they try their best will only what they know of the city, open 24hrs, in the two nights there I never saw the saw staff, so they have a lot of worker and they all speak some English plus I think most know a few more which is helpful, a bottle of coke was €2, far less then the city, I would use them again
