You get what is being promised, inexpensive, decent, clean accommodation not far from the public transport. Actually the hotel is within walking distance (one U-bahn stop) to the center of West Berlin, but it is also quiet and free of the big city noise. Contrary to some old comments Internet has been improved and has worked fine. Breakfasts are very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I loved staying in this apartment and was sad to leave it. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed.

Hotel itself was lovely with high ceilings (bathroom was small, but how much time you spend in there?) and it was not next to some busy street, so in the morning you could have a really peacful sleep :D
