Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, within walking distance of several notable sites in Berlin, including Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate. Easy to find by car from motorway and good parking facilities.

The hotel is also big on health!!! Most hotels would put a chocolate on your pillo - The hotel was in a great location, right on the doorstep of all the main attractions of Berlin and even opposite the Topography of Terrors Museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always polite and could speak perfect English. They even rang a restaurant for ten minutes trying to get us a reservation. The room was very spacious and clean and had all the facilities you would require.

Good location, the subway is right beside and several bus stations are around. Walkign distance to some attractions in Berlin. The hotel was also very clean and the staff were very friendly. the only thing was that we had to wait couple of times when we wanted to talk to the reception as there was a queue there. We chose this hotel both for location and price for a long, Xmas market weekend. On arrival, we were informed that our room rate (c€75/night) was inclusive of breakfast, soft drinks and hot drinks, which was a real bonus.
