Room is big and clean. Breakfast is great. Staff is excellent. After we returned to our home country, we realized that we forgot something important in the room we stayed. The staff sent it back to us by DHL (at my cost) !!! - Rooms were go size, very clean, beddings very clean and fresh.

For a pension it was just fine. Don't expect any 5 star hotel rooms. Simple, but convenient location if you attend a trade fair - The location of the pension in a nice quiet neighbour. It was close to the train station and major tourist attractions.

Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.
