  Helpfull staff (24 hours). Nice bed. Teenage son happy with the large sofa bed. Cleaning and new towels daily (like in more expensive hotels). Breakfast buffet was satisfactory. We didn't preorder breakast, but we got it at a discount price when we arrived. Breakfast tables both inside and under canopy in the yard. Lots of alternative cafés with b... what people say » reakfast (and nightlife) just outside the hotel. Free parking (24/7) in a nearby side street was relatively easy to get. 2 underground stations (diffe - Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed

Restaurant with spectacular view of the riverside and well-made breakfast. It's a musical one where the music is almost is everywhere, even in the elevaters. The desin of the room including the path is nice with a beautiful wall paint 4 the room. The room is provided with a smart screen where there is a list of new movies to be watched for fee. The room is also a good choice 4 married people specially the youth. I liked the bar and sometimes there might be parties take place in the hotel

  Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away. Also close-by are very good transport links. Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room. Another bonus was free Wi-Fi and also free to use terminals in lobby area with facilities for print outs. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave.   Nice, cozy clean rooms, absolute silence (i.e. no city noise), always helpful staff, good location (nice suburban area, encompassed by the night transport). - bus 171 starts bang opposite to the hotel.Connectivity is not an issue for tourist.Mc d few steps away.good value for money.
