They have quıte a bıg resturant and a loby for an apart hotel and 15 mın. Walkıng dıstance to the maın traın statıon. Thank you and ı - Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

  Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel. Also its in a good area with plenty of eating places and shops around. The staff are friendly and very efficient, booking in was excellent and got my keys on time. The hotel room is fairly new with a co - I needed to stay overnight in Frankfurt and chose this hotel located in the city rather than one at the airport. This hotel is halfway between the train station and the old town, close to the river. Easy walk to the Christmas market in the evening. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. There is a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel is very nice and clean. My room had modern decor, in dark tones with bright recess

  I booked this hotel in April, actually, when I saw the reviews, some people said it was not a ready hotel, I had little unhappy and worried, but my book was non-refundable. However, when I arrived there, I just asked a room with FiWi and TV, the staff said "we have FiWi and TV every room now". Then I thought that's so good, it's better than befor... what people say » e. After that, I found the other problems also be solved which these reviews said previous, such as water problem, all of draws on the wall. The other - The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. We actually booked a room for 3 people but the staff was so attentive and asked us whether we want to take a room with 3 beds or one double room and one single room. We took one double room with the single room - it was huge! Normally we shoulf have gotten one bath - but the staff gave us the second bath too, so it was literally like if we had booked two rooms!   The total stay was exceptional. All of the staff were friendly, andexceedingly helpful. In the 3 nts that we used the Hotel, did my 3colleagues, and I, ever feel ill at ease, or unwelcome, at this superbestablishment.
