  Location is good, 5-7min to the nearest S-ban and U-ban station, 3-4 stops to the city center. Owner Marc was very helpfull. We arrived early in the morning, at 8:00AM, but Mark helped us and provided luggage room without checking. Even on the Easter eve, Mark made time and helped us with connecting to internet, also explained about nearby station... what people say » s and markets. We felt homey in the apartments, there was no lack of anything, everything worked, rooms was clean and tidy, service was excellent. We - We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.

  the stuff was really helpful and everyone was trying to make our staying really easy!! really generous breakfast and everything as shown at the pictures. Close to subway and every other means of transportation someone would need. I'd be there again definately. - Very satisfied. The area is nice. Supermarkets, small department store, restaurant, bar... what people say » s and various shops around the hotel. Just a couple of minutes from the subway station and easy to find.

  Checking was brought forward and Stefan had someone there very quickly, we had a late afternoon train on departure and he thankfully let us stay late checkout. Good neighborhood bars, cafes and underground all nearby also supermarkets. Bed comfortable coach not so..   We came way to late, but it was no problem for Mr. Schultz he waited for us till we were there and help us point out where to eat etc. He was very nice. The appartment is a real IKEA appartment, clean and proper. Also we liked the neighborhood and the price was great. - The room was wonderful.   yeri gayet iyi. u-bahn'la merkezden 5 dk'da ulaşabilrsiniz. oda gayet temiz ve konforlu. the location is so good. you can use u-bahn to arrive at hotel which takes 5 minutes. the room is so clean and comfortable - The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable.
