  Most excellent -- it was great to stay in an actual apartment instead of a tourist hotel. The room was clean and spacious and really super. We were sad to leave. - The apartment was clean, spacious, and light, and it was within walking distance of many sights and restaurants.

  The apartment was absolutely brilliant, better than we had imagined. it was all very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also brilliant, the shower in particular was great, definately washed away our New Years day cob webs! It was in a great part of the city within walking distance of most things or if need be ... what people say » the train station is 30 seconds from the front door (and with it being Germany the trains run on time - all the time!) highly highly recommend it to a - Wonderful apartment. It was like having your privet apartment in Berlin. The Cafe at the street was very friendly with Internet. Very close to the U and the main train station. The Hamburger Bunhof Museum (modern art) just few minuets walk. Kitchen had all you need, even a small dish washer, toaster and coffee maker. The only thing we missed was the Internet. - first we met a very pleasant staff, and were led to the nearby flat, in a very nice street. spotless bathroom with bathtub, nice sunny room with double bed, kitchenette ( dishwasher inc. ). everything was new, the building was quiet and 3 minutes from the nearest tube station. i highly recommend it, it sure will be the place i'll book next i travel to Berlin. - The hotel is wonderfully located in the city center. One has a choice of rooms for different price. We actually as students stayed at the cheapest one but were pleasantly surprised with a comfort and cleanness of the room. At the reception we’ve had the best treatment one could only wish! The staff was extremely friendly and most willing to help. Many thanks!

  I have stayed a number of nights in meininger Hotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof to catch an early train from Berlin Hauptbahnhof. This hotel is less than 100 m away from the station. I also stayed in other hotels around Berlin Hauptbahnhof and I think meininger Hotel is the best for the money you are paying (well, Motel One is clearly much nicer, but you ... what people say » usually have to pay twice as much). This MEININGER Hotel had everything I needed for a sleepover: clean and comfortable bed, good location, free WIFI, - - Outstanding location, right next to train station. In fact, we did not see any other hotel property nearby, making the place even more attractive - Great value for the money. - Breakfast was extra, but worth the Euro 5.90/per person charged - Bursting with energy of youth. We weren't aware of the lack of an airconditioner as it wasn't necessary in the spring weather.
