  25hours Hafen City is a very nice design hotel with harbor concept. There are esprits that you find in the design which makes you feel good and surprises sometimes. Location is at the opposite of U-Bahn stop at Hafen City which is quite convenient for transportation. Reception staff is welcoming, friendly, nice people.   The staff was wonderful! We arrived at the hotel around 10 am after a long bus ride and we were able to check in early.The room was better than we ever imagined. It was spacious and very clean. We had more than enough towels and sheets for one night..and there was even a hair dryer in the room which we were not expecting. The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way. The room was excellent, nothing was missing, and everything worked.
