Personnel friendliness and real customer service. Eventhough did not use
Minibar but beverages and snacks were free of charge. This is very
important either if you arrive late in evening and want to have some
refreshments. Or just want to work with small snack and beverages at
your disposal with ripping off prices at most hotels.

A cosy not expensive hotel near the airport. It is very convenient to stay there before your flight.
A manager was so kind that met us at the U-station and brought to the hotel.
He also provided transportation to the airport.
Very benevolent staff, nice garden, clean comfortable room, good breakfast served by a charming lady, etc.

warm friendly staff, the hotel is very central and the breakfast is more like a proper meal with plenty of choices from cold and warm selection.
the hotel gets two thumbs up - Large, very nice room and bathroom with bidet. Breakfest was perfect. I can recommend.
