  this is a beautiful apartment in a nice neighbourhood. It's very useful that it has a kitchenette and such a large living room - Big apartment, very clean and with nice decoration. It provides you with all the necessary facilities. I am very pleased.

  Location is good, 5-7min to the nearest S-ban and U-ban station, 3-4 stops to the city center. Owner Marc was very helpfull. We arrived early in the morning, at 8:00AM, but Mark helped us and provided luggage room without checking. Even on the Easter eve, Mark made time and helped us with connecting to internet, also explained about nearby station... what people say » s and markets. We felt homey in the apartments, there was no lack of anything, everything worked, rooms was clean and tidy, service was excellent. We - We cannot recommend these apartments enough! Great location, great facilities and great staff! The apartment was really spacious and ideally located near two metro stations on the main line running through the city. The apartments manager Marc was really helpful and friendly and actually recomended a Vietnamese restaurant right by the apartment where we had one of the best meals of the trip! If we visit Berlin again we will definitely try to stay in Apartments City-Room Berlin next time.

  We came way to late, but it was no problem for Mr. Schultz he waited for us till we were there and help us point out where to eat etc. He was very nice. The appartment is a real IKEA appartment, clean and proper. Also we liked the neighborhood and the price was great. - The room was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, and I was able to sleep really... what people say » well there. It was nice having a common kitchen because it allowed us to save money by making a few meals at home. Also, the manager of the apartment was very kind and helpful.

  For a short ( 3 night) stay in central Berlin, we found it very good value for money. The rooms were very basic, but clean. We were really only at the hotel for sleeping and breakfast. (Not so good if you expect to spend a lot of time in your room; e.g. no tv).
