Straight shot to the city center, about a 15-20 walk or there is access to the transportatiom system about 5-10 min walk that will take you to the city center, museums, etc real quick.
The staff was so helpful and was able to direct me anywhere I needed to go real easily!

Very good buffet ! The first time in my life i met a machine for extracting free fresh orange juice, at will ! At reception desk, apples, bonbons and pens to take away !
Located in a quiet area, with trees, and far away from the atmosphere of the main station area full of casinos and table dances !
Not far, on the way to main station, are two or three restaurants, with good food.

We were made to feel welcome from our check in to our last good bye. It was wonderful to get to know the owners who were present days and evenings, and everyone of the staff was efficient and sincere. Jobst gave us wonderful tips and even came out to say goodbye to us early since he wouldn't be there when we checked out. Location was wonderful

Staffs are super friendly and always helpful. Location is perfect. We loved the wooden floor, live flowers with elegant decor. They had prepared a baby bed for us, this was surprise and every their consideration to any guests including small children is marvelous. We never felt timid with a child. As other reviews, breakfast was very fresh and we think the BEST we ever had at the hotel. It was nice, too that there was a tub at the shower space. We felt like our house rather than a hotel during

great spot and all the facilities we needed to be ccomfortable. -

Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance. Really enjoyed our city break here.

cool/modern & very stylish as was the foyer & bar area.
Everything was very clean & our room was large as we had our
daughter sleeping on a rollaway bed & still had plenty of room to

Eurostars Grand Central would give any top hotel a run for their money.

The facilities were excellent - on a par with much more expensive and larger establishments. The service was so friendly it was like staying in a much smaller, famly run hotel - 10 out of 10. - The staff were extremely helpful, with excellent English language skills. The range of food available at breakfast was great.
