  25hours Hafen City is a very nice design hotel with harbor concept. There are esprits that you find in the design which makes you feel good and surprises sometimes. Location is at the opposite of U-Bahn stop at Hafen City which is quite convenient for transportation. Reception staff is welcoming, friendly, nice people.   Excellent.We stayed in this hotel only for one night , but it is suffice to say that we felt homey. Commodious , cleanness of the rooms , very good breakfest. If we will come again to the Hamburg , we will prefer to stay in this hotel. Thanks for all staff so much ! - Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Restaurant was good.

  Some 4* hotels can be quite rude to young people stopping in groups. We stopped here after a music festival and must have looked pretty rough on arrival but they were still very friendly and helpful. They also spoke very good english.   The staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Location was excellent: 3 closeby train stations and very central, beside Alster lake, closeby touristy spots. The rooms were new, very comfy beds (difficult to leave the room!) Price was reasonable for the convenience. Short walk to Town Hall square and lake. Very helpful staff at reception. Seuss penthouse suite which was superb and excellent value.
