It's a newly renovated hotel in an older building, right on one tram route and with easy access to many more. The room was quite large, modern, and comfortable. The breakfasts were very good. The hotel gave a discount for our next stay anywhere in the chain. The price was excellent - only 56 Euros a night for two people including breakfast.

Not a place for glitzy bars and full facilities, although these are available at the sister Bülow Palais a short walk away.

The staff is really warm and welcoming, the fact of being on a boat is for itself really cool. With a 15 minutes walk you are in the Altstadt and in the Neustadt. The russian cuisine is nice and cheap. I definetely recommend this place! -

The hotel was spotlessly clean, The beds were exceptionaly comfortable the Breakfast was excellent. The Staff were very helpful, a quick phone call when we were running late and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Only a short tram ride into Dresden much better than driving.
