The staff were very helpful (I rushed in from the car after a long drive and needed to use the WC before even checking in and they were very helpful!). The room was beautiful, modern, big and airy.   The location was excellent - in the same square as Bach's St Thomas Church and the Bach museum. There are many good eating places very nearby. We were there to attend a Bach concert and enjoyed the Bach music wallpaper in the room therefore.   They have no staff on site, but still it works just great. Very easy to check in/out. I had an issue where I needed help, picked up the phone called the virtual desk and they were very efficient in helping me out.
