We've been to Berlin a number of times and with the standard of public transport, most central locations will be ideal for discovering the city - the same applies to the Generator. The beds were warm and cozy, though we benefited from having spare beds in our room meaning extra pillows for us. The shower is excellent, - I stayed at the dorm room this time, and it was one of the cleanest dorm with most comfy bunk bed I've ever experienced. The 6 bed female dorm was cute and funtional; each bed has its own power socket, head lamp, huge drawer. The power shower was great too. The wifi was free with great signal up to my room. I'm not a dorm-room fan, but I definately recommend this dorm for anyone who does. The location is very close to most of attraction and metro. Supermarket, McD, KFC were a little bit far

  The staff is amazing! They're always happy, outgoing and ready to help the guests. The room was clean and beautiful. I would like to come back again :-) - It is well situated in the city. It is very close to a lot of concert halls and party places.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hostel was clean and tiddy. They sold the Berlin Welcome Card which was very convenient and they are right across from a U-bahn stop. They are also right by a road with a lot of traffic but the hostel is back off the street so you don't hear any of it, which is great. However, this hostel is definite... what people say » ly for travelers on a budget because there isn't much in the way of facilities and people who stay there are up late so there is some noise. So this h - Party hostel where they'll sell you beer all night. Close to food and clubbing. The rooms are pretty well insulated from the main room which is where all the noise is.

  The hostel is situated very well to tour Berlin. Trains and Underground are close by. Great staff that was very helpful and friendly at all times. The rooms were tidy, so were the bathrooms.   We stayed in an apartment - small kitchen, large bed sitting room, large shower room/toilet. The location is superb, 5 minutes from Ebeswalder and Prenzlauerallee statons, 4 minutes from the M1 and M10 trams. Loads of excellent bars, cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. Helpful friendly staff at hostel reception. Great value for money... what people say » - already planning our next trip. - Cheap price. When we wanted to extend our stay and the room wasn't available they tried their best to find a room for us. We were 3 people and we got one 2-persons bed and 3 sofas (the kind that opens for a bed)
