Had a wonderful short stay at this hotel , I was traveling with my elderly mom and dad , my sister joined us from France . This hotel is clean , the house keeping did a great job , the restaurant is excellent compared to Novotel 4 stars business hotel in Berlin . I would very much recommend it to any visitor to Karlsruhe . I'm looking forward to re visit with my family . very centrally located, parking next door. was very surprised when we opened our door to a huge room with its own roof terrace and garden! very modern and clean, comfortable beds. slippers and gowns were provided and toiletries, also some drinks from the mini bar. very modern large bathroom too. had a wonderful breakfast with hot and cold options or both!.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This is one of the few places, where the staff has asked an gave me an internet key at check-in so I did not have to return to ask for the information later. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean with plenty of space (we are a family of 5) for all of us.Central location and hotel private car park (12 euros for the night). The breakfast was included and there was plenty of food of good quality and variety for adults and kids. I have no reservation to recommend this hotel. Location is good, as it is very near to Karlsruhe Hbf (by tram) and also the Marktplatz tram stop by S1, S11 and ES5.Big shopping centre very nearby.The Big palace 4 mins walk and many restaurants too.Fans available in the rooms.First round of free mini bar, good breakfast.Excellent wi-fi. Nothing !. on the day we arrived it was 36c and the air conditioning was not that powerful for the room. This place is not for everyone only because of the train noise all day, all night. I asked for a quiet room, which was on the 1st floor, but the courtyard side. However, I can still hear the rumble of the trains which runs all day and night. However, although I'm a light sleeper, train noises don't bother me, I slept very well. Seems that the room did not have any air conditioning (we had a free standing fan) so we kept some of the windows open for the night...big mistake as we were woken up at 5am by the noise of the tram that runs just in front of the hotel. So if you want a laying in make sure you ask for a room not at the front of the hotel!. The noise by the trams going round the clock.Electrical power plugs very near to the floor and none near the bed. Noise (rumble) from trams which can be a problem to a light sleeper. On checkout if you need to leave luggage for some minutes/hours until you really leave, it's accesible to other people. Would be better to setup a room for that. Everything else is fine. Ask for a room on the back of the building. Tip. take a room to the inside. The trams are incredibly noisy. After one day we got accustomed to it. But it was a challenge! Repair the jacuzzi!. Breakfast could offer more choice for a 4* hotel and in comparison to other 4* in Karlsruhe. Rooms cannot be locked from inside. A cleaning lady opened the door of my room on my day of departure (I didn't hear knocking; she didn't actually come in). the hotel is very close to market place. the tram at market place operates 24hrs. it is very noisy in the evening. WiFi connection in reality did not run in the room. stairs to the rooms in new building. Noise from construction, but that will change. we came in the summer, the aircond wasnt working well, that we have to open the window everynight to let the cool air in. but its too noisy to let the window open the whole night due to the construction work. we asked the reception and we were told that the aircond will switch off by itself once it reaches the required temperature, but the aircond in our room turns off in less than 5mins after it was turned on. Small room. Noise from tram that passes in front of the hotel. The hotel is on a busy tram line. It did not bother me, but visitors should be warned if they are light sleepers. noise and vibrations from tram traffic. Lack of adequate parking. the tram's passing in front of the hotel may disturb especially during the night unless you use the ear taps provided by the hotel. there are noisy rooms. Hard to find the hotel because it was large remodeling project in central city. The jacuzzi didn´t work properly. Otherwise wonderful spacious room, a bit noisy though. Constant noise of trams passing by day and night. Insist on a quiet room, likely to be on the back of the hotel. oldish beside the renovation small room like in old hotels. the S-Bahn (subway) is next to the room, which created a lot of noice and therefore no sleep. Furthermore i asked for a wake up call at 7.30, and was waken up at 6.30 (same happened to a colleague of mine).
