  Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe.   Very large, clean, comfortable room. Excellent value with superb scenery. My stay at Papas Pension exceeded my expectations, and I would stay again if back in Heidelberg. - Good location, pretty rooms, etc
