  Friendly and helpful staff. Sound isolation of the rooms is very good. Rooms are new, modern and very clean. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in a suburb of Heidelberg. The city centre of Heidelberg can be reached by tram in about 10 minutes. Its modern, equipped, comfortable and the people are very humble. The food is awesome. if I have to rate this place, I would give it 5 on 5. I would recommend and go there myself.

  Staff. The proprietor was SO friendly and gracious. Made us feel welcome and cared for, which is the primary reason I booked here. Good English. Room. It was spacious and adorable. Didn't start til 8am but was very good. The girl serving breakfast was grea - The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We felt like special guests. We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. The location of the is perfect, right in the heart of the old town bar area, lively and fun. Breakfast was top quality. We just loved this place! Thanks especially to Isabel, who made sure our stay was perfect.

  We had a great experience! Went with 3 friends (40+) for the Christmas market. Had large comfortable rooms, very clean, directly overlooked the market, the mountain, had a slight river view as well as castle view in our top floor corner room. Easy walk from parking garage, but use P12 not P13 as we did for the hotel discount! Even so, 16 euro for 2... what people say » 4 hours is not outrageous but would have been free - We visited 11 hotels on this trip and this was our No.1. We had a fantastic loft apartment. The hotel location in the old town is perfect with views to both the main square (directly below) and to the castle (worth a visit). The owners were great and the breakfast provided was superb. All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.

  A great stay! I went to a conference while my wife shopped and enjoyed the Heidelberg sites. The parking garage, for only 8 euro per day, was easy. A great room with high ceilings. An excellent breakfast with free newspapers. And, when I left my cell phone charger, they mailed it back to me free of charge! - I liked that the private garage was ... what people say » so close. If you need a place for your car, just make sure to say so on your reservation. It was close, convenient and very safe (although I would have felt just as safe leaving it on the street in Heidelberg, it was nice knowing it was secure).
