The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

The hotel was perfect. The positive greeting we received when we arrived started the whole weekend with an excellent indication of what was to come. The first impression of the hotel is that it is away from the centre but we found it to be a perfect distance and facilitated a beautiful walk across the bridge into the old town. The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

Neat Hotel, clean, kind reception, the receptionist carried my GF's bag. The breakfast is above average.

The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We felt like special guests. We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. The location of the is perfect, right in the heart of the old town bar area, lively and fun. Breakfast was top quality. We just loved this place!
