The staff were incredibly friendly and offered great service. The roomswere simply perfect; clean, spacious and great value for money ....despite the exchange rate !!!! The location is so central it's perfectand we will be back. Very friendly staff who were happy to help us with our every need. We booked a double room but they upgraded us to a suite with no extra cost or us even asking for an upgrade. Huge room and very clean.

The breakfast is in a café outside the hotel building. In some rooms there is too much noise from traffic. no breakfast in the hotel. Did not sleep even with ear plugs on. Worse room opposite squeaky tram lines and on first floor listening to traffic and people shouting near the hauptstrasse all night. Will not stay here again even if rates are cheap. No sleep and I am here for business.
