  I was a little bit sceptical when I booked this hotel because there were no other comments from boooking users but then I was really surprised. this hotel is comfortable and cozy and we had a pleasant stay. it is a bit old but you can see they are renewing it since it's now part of novum hotel group.   We were on a family visit in Blankenese so for us the location was excellent. This hotel is 5 mins walk from S-Bahnhof Blankenese with superb direct services via S1-line to the city centre (25 mins) and Hamburg-Airport (50 mins) running every 10 mins or one can also use the fast Bus No 36 to the city centre. Really excellent breakfast (more than ... what people say » you can eat!) - decor a little bit dated but perfectly alright and very clean. We asked for a room to the rear at the time of booking and it was real - Located a little way out of city but on a good bus and train routes. Check in staff very polite and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable, spacious bathroom. Breakfast very good choices. Would return

  This hotel was the perfect choice for a overnight during my car journey from Italy to Norway. Free parking, very good location, just outside the highway, perfect choice if you have just to briefly rest on night during a long trip. Breakfast was huge and delicious. We ate restaurant of the hotel and it was a good choice. Nice prices and tasty dinne... what people say » r. The bathroom in my room I think was renovated: brand new, clean and shiny. Perfect shower. Staff was helpful and kind. - The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very helpful as we travelled with my daughter who is registered blind as is my husband so they gave us rooms that were next to each other and that was much appreciated. Everybody was very friendly and most spoke good English. Windows opened wide unlike here so it was easy to get a breeze through for some air.
