The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and met all our needs. The heated bathroom floor and fluffy towels were excellent. Fantastic accomodation in a very nice neighborhood close to the city center. In sum: Spitzenklasse!. The train/underground was a little noisy but we got used to it.
