Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. Huge Victorian style rooms in this traditional old building. Very comfortable beds. There is free tea and coffee available in the lounge area with some space to work also with free wireless internet. Would be great location for a weekend in Hamburg just a few minutes walk from the City and the Central Station. Would definately recommend this hotel for business or leasure. - Ian
