easy to book, easy to cancel till 18.00. Staff is nice. Location is best if you are with a car. Price is unbelievable - 33euro for single/duble/triple. If you have a car, this is the best value for money you can have. Don't even think about it without a car. It's an ideal place if you are by car and don't want to spend a lot of money for accommodation. I liked how i could Check in into my room with No staff at the front desk.

The location in respect of Phantasialand where we were going during our stay in Cologne. It only took 20 minutes to get there and 20 minutes to get back to the hotel. If you are looking for just a bed at a very low price, the M24 at Cologne is the place to be! But don't look for any luxury..... Evenining reception staff could not have been more helpfull and friendly. Both German and English was spoken. Toilets were cramped, uncomfortable, smelly, didn't seem clean and toilet paper missing. The place was dirty and stunk! Even the walls had a layer of dirt on them! I only pay'd €33 for the night but I feel ripped off.
