The hotel staff spoke perfect English and were very helpful in looking up times and prices and helping us decide what to do. We stayed at two, one in Zurich and one in Frankfurt. The Bristol in Frankfurt rates much higher on my list than the one in Zurich. The staff was so friendly and helpful in Frankfurt. There's a nice small park out front and the hotel-staff are very helpful. Also, the rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the living room was large enough for 6 people and 2 kids. Also, the kitchen had a full-size kitchen with oven, microwave and stove. We'll be sure to return if we visit Frankfurt again. - Arjo
