Very noisy and bright room: near the tram and light curtains only.For the price I have paid,I was expected a much better hotel and a much better room,the standard of the hotel and room was similar to a cheap hotel where you normally pas +/- Euro 60 - 80/night. Single rooms very small - not much bigger than bathroom. Staff not knocking on room door before opening door to come in to clean - happened 3 times all before 8.30am - I have not experienced that elsewhere!. very expensive during weekdays for the facilities offered. Discourteous and rude staff.while making booking it was stated wifi sevice is free but hotel people were asking about the charges for the use. smell of smoke, dirty walls, phone did not work. The service, the room, the location.

Information about the area
Our house is located in Frankfurt Bockenheim, closed to the botanic garden and university; nearby you also have the diplomat district- American, French, Brasilian Croatian consulate and many other are closed to us .
The fair ground as well as the downtown are few minutes away by walk.
Travelling information
Coming from North and South:
Highway A5 Nordwestkreuz (North-West junction), then to A66 direction Miquelallee. Take off from the A66 at University/Main Train Station. After the 2. traffic light turn right in to the Sophienstrasse.
