safety and secure-large rooms-very good heating system=comfortable beds- fruit and vegetables offered for breakfast-friendly staff= grocery shop very near with good prices- centrally located near underground and shopping mall

very noisy on lower levels due to proximity of large brothel near bedroom windows- men on street yelling until 3-4am

A good bang for the buck. Very convenient location, just few min of walk away from U/S-Bahn, and shopping district is just nearby. We got a resident suite for 4 of us. Decent breakfast. Even Sixt is just steps away. Cheap food is handily available on the street. A grocery store is just across the street

Not the best of the best neighbour in town, but people are nice.

It is well situated.

On Fridaynight the 12th. of Dec. we had very very bad service at the lobby. I went down and called down and she promised to call back, we were asking about an italian restaurant to go to eat, but she never called or helped us to find a restaurant. She was very rude and arrogant. All the other staff were very nice.

The hotel was good and it was as advertised. Everything worked well in the room.

There is one pretty arrogant guy at reception but the rest of the staff were fine. The location is in a sleezy area but only a one or two block walk to the good area.

place was quiet, closely located to Zeil Street

Just the breakfast.

Unfriendly staff. I booked a hotel room but on the day I check in they put me in the apartment and the excuse was they can't do anything.They insisted me to take the room even though I made an advance booking. I must say the staff must lern to be pleasant with the customers.
