  I only stayed for one night and knew that the restaurant would be closed on the evening (Monday). However, when sat in the garden, one of the staff came out and asked me if I wanted a drink from the bar and said that they could still offer a restricted menu, even though the kitchens were notionally shut. My schnitzel was superb. The hotel is set ... what people say » in a quiet location on the edge of a small village in the middle of the Luneberger Heide. It was clean & comfortable and I would definately use it - The staff at the hotel were very friendly
