The hotel breakfast area was lovely,sat having a great breakfast eatingas much as you like,with a lovely view out looking on to a garden areawith a park. Very clean. As far as I understood the hotel has a new owner and it was recentlyrefurbished. Clean rooms, warm staff, nice location, close to railways. architecture, room size. Breakfast. I loved everything,it was just a little further away from the townthan expected,but the tram was right outside the door and you were intown in about 8 mins,and the lovely reception area and breakfast madeup for this.
