Good location near exhibition centre, friendly staff

Tha Garden is really very nice and perfect place for rest after bussy day.

The internet was not working whole week, there was quite cold in the room and and insufficient pressure of the watter in the shower.

ホテル自体はとても落ち着いていて、ライン川にも近く、MESSEにも歩いていける距離。仕事にはとても便利でした。

なんと二日目の夜にトイレの水が流れなくなり、次の日の朝に違う部屋のキーを借りたものの三日目の晩には修理していなく、なんら対応なし。とても困りました。またインターネットの接続がフリーと書いてあったが、24時間で１３EUR掛かりました。
