the flat (the one for 3x people) is large and comfortable, the facilities are clean, everything is modern, windows are noise-proof. It's right in the city center.

This is a great place to stay in Dresden. We were there for the Christmas markets and the hotel's location was ideal. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. A few tips if you stay here: - Remember that this is an apartment hotel and is not serviced daily. That was not at all a problem for us, and there is an option for more frequent service at a reasonable cost. - If you are driving, reserve a parking space well in advance. We were not able to get a space in the hotel's garage and used a public parking facility. It was only a block away so there was no problem. - I don't know about other times of year, but during Christmas markets there are lots of pedestrians in the area. I prefer not to drive through crowds. My solution was to move the car early on the day we were leaving to another parking lot that was closer to a main street.

I can't think of anything wrong about this place, it was great in many ways. Everything was pristine. There was even a souvenire store in the lobby.

There really isn't negative about this place. If I really wanted to reach, it would be the price of the parking, but considering it was secure and would clean, extremely clean parking as well. SO no this isn't really a negative.

This was a great hotel! It is right in the middle of town, so after we had our car parked we didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff was very helpful, and the room was very clean. Even though we had to pay for the garage it was worth it. My large suv fit in the spot no problem and we did not have to worry about it until we left. Breakfast was not at the hotel but a couple blocks over at a restaurant which was very good. I am planning on staying there again when I bring the family for a visit to Dresden.

We had all we needed - a room with a view, modern kitchen and bathroom, and all a short walk from the Schloss, the Frauenkirche, the Semperoper, the Elbe, and dozens of places to eat and drink nearby.

I always find feather duvets too hot, especially winter ones. The staff couldn't supply us with anything cooler, although to be fair I should have asked earlier in the day! It certainly didn't spoil our time.

We liked everything about this hotel. Although we did not need the kitchenette or washing machine, it was wonderful that it was there. The room was very comfortable and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect and to be able to park in the building was terrific.

The apartment is very modern, beautiful and comfortable. Moreover the localization couldn't be any better, really the pole-position in the city.

About the hotel - the central location. About Dresden - visiting the rebuilt city and museums. Also, we took a tour of Slaughterhouse 5, made famous by the novel written by Kurt Vonnegut, Jr.

It was a bit difficult to drive to the hotel on the confusing inner city streets. Once there, however, it was easy to find my way out of the area to a nearby, inexpensive parking lot.

Excellent location,well equipped and good size apartment with very modern design.Quiet room and relaxed ambience. A perfect place to stay in Dresden,right in the centre.Excellent parking facilities.

Breakfast was 600 metre walk and not good value,very cramped dining area.Much better to walk half the distance and have a wide range of options.

In the heart of the tourist action, close to the Frauenkirche, and with rooms including many of the things tourists need, but which most providers forget - washing machine (only complaint, which was not understood, was that it would have meant buying a large container of washing powder. Found out on leaving that, if we had asked at reception, powder could have been provided.), racks in shower to hang coat hangers, lovely kitchenette, including dishwasher, to make breakfast or dinner (nice for long-term travellers such as us seeking familiar meals for a change). Path along shopping mall from main station was flat so trundling bags was easy in about 15 minutes. A great and memorable stay. Added plus: the archeological dig taking place outside our window!

This is an absolute must. The location could not be better. The staff were excellent; parking in the secure garage was perfect.We rented two: one for three people and one for two and thought this was one of the best that we had been to. Internet worked perfectly. The place is like new - amazing for the price. This is the higher end of "apart hotels", spacious, clean, well equipped...a great place to stay.

No AC, but they did provide fans + with the windows open, it was quite pleasant. No bathtub, only a shower.

Location, so close to everything. Our apartment was spacious with two rooms, frig.....clean & modern. Walked out the door to the cathedral, down the street 2 min to an open air bakery! Roof top where we enjoyed our own bottle of wine! Views spectacular!!

Great location in Dresden. Next to the main plaza and the historic buildings and dining, they were all within a few minutes walk. This is a new complex, very clean and well furnished, with plenty of room. Staff was excellent and the parking is in the basement.

The only negative was there was no air conditioning and it was really hot. I didn't notice this when I booked, so it's my fault.

The room was very new, quiet and comfortable. The location was right in the old city which made it very convenient to many interesting places to visit.

We had a car and the street that the hotel was located on was not in the gps database. It was difficult to drive in the older part of the city.

The location in the Altstadt is wonderful. Everything is less than a 10-minute walk away! Reception staff was most friendly and helpful.

The bike service that allowed us to use biked from the Hotel. The location was great, couldn't get any better.

The construction was not too disruptive but in the future it is unfortunate the view will be lost.

After nearly a week's stay, some staff members still thought it necessary to check and see if I stayed there before giving me the key to my room after a day's sightseeing. In other 4star hotels I was greeted by name when I first entered - and for the rest of my stay.

Great location in walking distance to everything. Spacious apartment for 3 adults. Huge, fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. About a 15 walk to the main station. Would definitely stay on a return trip to Dresden.

We had the handicap accessible bathroom (it's just what we got, didn't need it!) but found the shower very complicated. It is an open shower and it was nearly impossible to NOT get water everywhere. There is a floor mop to push water down the drain after your shower. Not really fun but not a deal breaker!

Right in the middle of all the sights, nice large room with a kitchenette great for longer stays. Wifi worked great, staff was friendly and helpful.

Some coffee in the room would have been nice but that's pretty much the worst I suffered.
