  The staff was very helpful and friendly and even washed my hoodie, returning it to me within a few hours without charge. (The weather was unseasonably cold during our visit).   Small, but lovely room. Staff nice and truly friendly. A really nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Excellent value for money. - I loved the buffet breakfast. The staff were very kind and friendly. They recommended a park to go running and the hotel is a short distance from a great running route.

  We were staying in xl Art room overlooking the River Rhine. It was well worth the money, as we booked well in advance. Tram stop very close, easy to reach Koelnmesse, shopping area/centre only 15 min. On foot. Room size was great, and clean. Added bonus: coffee maker (tablet). If you need a taxi to the airport, just walk towards the Chocolate Muse... what people say » um and across the road. Fare is approx 24-26 Euros to Cologne airport. - Most of the staff were very friendly&helpful. The room was superb, very spacious& the decor was very funky&modern, bed was lovely&comfortable.the location is great only a 5 min walk to the old town along the river with some great places to eat&enjoy a few drinks. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

  This was a very nice hotel with a spacious room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet despite being located on a relatively busy street near the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English.
