1) Extremely clean (one could even eat from the restroom floor). 2) Super-fast, free, wireless Internet (1.5 Mbit/s !!!) with great reception both in the hotel room and in the kitchen-lobby. 3) Big kitchen with plenty of gas-cookers (5 or 6), a microwave, cookware and plastes and dishes, etc. 4) Shower room with 4 shower cubicals, so one never had to wait in line. 5) Free parking in front of the hotel (squeezing in the car was a bit difficult though). 6) 3 supermarkets (Penny, Aldi, Lidl), fast.

Staff was reliable and friendly. They even contacted me to see when I'll be arriving. They also offered a city map. The rooms are bright and spacious. Both rooms and shared facilities were very clean. The location is easy to find and very close to Nippes station - from there it's only a 5-10 minutes ride to the city center and/or trade fair. The staff was absolutely friendly. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and that was absolutely no problem. We just made a phone call and they arrived within 5 minutes. We also wanted to leave our luggage in the hostel after we checked out, and that was also no problem. The host are very friendly and accommodating...the place are clean, it makes our travel easy coz the location is just next to the train station. Also the restaurant, bakery and grocery are also near to the hostel... we feel very confortable... Taking into consideration the low price there is nothing that really bothered us. Even the nearby railroad and train station did not cause a significant disturbance. The hostel is embedded in an old railroad workers building, so the interior is very basic, but due to the cleanness still made us feel comfortable. The table in the hotel room was a bit low for my size, so I took my laptop down to the kitchen-lobby and worked there, which turned out perfect. We arrived by car at night in the rain and had difficulties finding the hostel (it's right at the street corner, but the sign with the hotel name is very small, so we passed by several times without knowing that we reached our destination). The walls are quite thin so I could hear my neighbour snooring. However, if this does not bother you that much, I would recommend the place. Nothing we didn't expect. Bedclothes didnt seem to be very clean It could be loud in the evening when everyone go back in their rooms. Given the low price (32 euros) it was perfect. Only thing I can reccomend is maybe a bigger sign or something outside, drove by it a few times trying to locate it at first. Nothing Niente. I couln't find the hostel easily because there were no signs, I talked to the owner and he said he was getting a new sign, so I guess it will be fixed soon. It is budget, therefore the bed is simple, the road outside can be a bit noisy in the morning. Showers were OK but shared. . Not very cozy no sheets on the beds. The room was very cold and the only available water both in the room and in the toilet was ice cold!.
