Located in the centre of the town within easy walking distance of Celle. Breakfast was good and the owners were friendly. The rooms we had were very small and were billed to be double or twin. They each would have been better as single rooms. The rooms were very hot and no fan was provided.

The town of Celle has 75,000 inhabitants and will captivate you with its historical Old Town and splendid timber-framed buildings. Within the park you find the former duke’s castle which is home to Germany’s oldest royal theatre.
Further sights in Celle include the Stadtkirche (town church), the Altes Rathaus (old town hall), the Bomann Museum, Bienen-Institut (the bee institute) and the stud farm with its stallion parade each autumn. In addition to art and culture, Celle also offers good shopping opportunities.
