  The bedroom was seperate to the lounge and kitchen area so the apartment was spacious. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils, crockery, cutlery, cups, and glasses. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The woman on reception spoke very good English and was very helpful and polite. There was a shopping complex just down the road with a supermar... what people say » ket (closed Sunday). - Staff was very helpful, going out of their way to help when needed. Iron and iron board were not in the apartment, but were promptly supplied. Kitchen had everything needed, fridge, electric cooker hobs, microwave, toaster, kettle, juice extractor...   Superb hotel. Very helpful staff. Location is also good - 15 minutes by tram to the oldtown. Highly recommended - The way the personnel behaved. They were very nice and helped us with a big problem (our car war broken into and our GPS stolen). They helped us find a place to fix our car.
