Excellent breakfast, very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, quiet location but very accessible to trams (70 metres) to airport. Within 800 metres from historic centre.When travelling to hotel from airport by tram alight from tram at the stop after the main train station. This is on the side of road nearest hotel and is literally 70 metres away. Second visit this year. Excellent room (they actually gave us a small suite). The food, staff, situation are all excellent. Easy access to and from airport by no.6 tram less than 100 metres away.

Luckily it was not hot during my stay, but if it were it would probably be warm in the room since there is no AC. Also there was construction work on-going so it gets loud. No free internet.- Bad beds.They where old and uncomfortable. Bathroom too tiny. bathrooms were too smal, like an airplance bathroom. Also the A/C was more like a portable fan. some rooms are of lower standard. the bed. A room should be smoking or not,you can't get rid of the smellever!!!!!!! For none smokers-what a let down ..........answer of "no"wewould not stay here at this hotel again is based only on this fact.Beds and Pillow. we got 2 rooms in the annex ,,very small rooms ,very very smal toilet ,no radio ,but nice any way. We were given a very poor room, basic, cheaply fitted. It was not a 3 star superior standard. Moreover it was in a very bad position, few meters from the reception and too close to the bar; just over the parking area too. In the morning we got awaken by the noise of dishes during the breakfast preparation and from waiters talking among them. The room we had (n°5) is not worth the price we paid.
