Great Service! We received and upgraded room with access already at 8.30 in the morning! Fine pool and sauna facility. Nice work out room. I had a wonderful, large suite that was very well equipped and incredibly clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptionally efficient and helpful and the hotel is very centrally located. - The hotel is at an excellent part of Berlin-Mitte. The suites are clean and very modern.

Hotel facilities and standards are excellent as is access to Berlin's U & S Bahn tram/train systems with the stations right by the hotel. Reaching Alexander Platz is just a10 min journey. Overall a very well appointed hotel, fantastic value for money compared with other hotels and staff were extremely attentive and helpful.
