Brilliant central location, very close to Statmitte underground station. Very helpful staff, both before and during the stay. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

The shower actually being in the room was a bit unsual, but being pre warned about this due to other reviews, and considering that everything else was more or less perfect this is not really a huge issue.

To get the room at 3 pm is too late. As we arrived at 11 am, it had been nice to have a rest in our room, before sightseeing starts. The lady at the desk, was not clever or polite.

Basically the location was exactly where we wanted to be. Resturants and transport in close proximity. Enjoyed the stay. Staff were extremely helpful.

As the rooms are not very large, I would not recommend this hotel for more than 1 night, at least for 2 people. And the mini-bar fridge did not cool the drinks at all.

This is a straightforward hotel with no thrills. Sufficiently equiped and good service. Very good location close to two-lines subway station and walking distance of Unter den Linden.

I had a three-person room and they had made up the couch as bed, so as single traveller I could not use the couch. Tiny desk to work on

Some walk-ins arrived and were quoted 20 percent less for a double room than I was paying for a single that I'd booked months ahead.

The staff was kind and the hotel is beautiful, clean and located in a great area. If you take a double room, it's the ideal.

If you want a room with 2 single beds, beware that there is something absurd in this hotel. In EVERY twin room the bathroom pretty much doesn't exist. There's a separated part for the room and next to the beds there's the shower and the sink. They are not separated in any way from the rest of the room, so you will be showering in the middle of the room with zero privacy. We were shocked, but the staff was kind enough to change our room into a double!

Be aware that some of the rooms are unliveable open shower in the middle of the room etc. It is charge the same price which is very low value for money

shower in twin room was not in separate room, with 1 see-through-window on the side of the front door. People that enter could look inside the shower. Room-mate could look into the shower as well. Only 1 Ethernet cable and no wifi in the room.

There is very good service. Hotel locates in shopping and central area. Near underground. Safe. There is luggage keeping service.

Trash is not empty when we arrived. Shower is open (Glass room above the bed). Very small room.

This hotel is well situated for leisure and business it is a modern and a well run hotel. The breakfast was first class varied and plenty full. I would not have a problem with recommending this hotel to friends in the future.

There was problems with payment. The amount we had to pay was greater than the amount by which we had reserved. But after we showed reservation, we paid the amount by which booked. Our room was very very small.

It was like a home warm in the coldest days of Berlin. Personnel involved and friendly. Loved because it is clean and centrally located. I'd go again, I would choose the same hotel.

Central location. Most of the sights withing walking distance.

We booked 2 twin rooms for our group of four men. However, when we got to the rooms we found they were 2 double rooms instead of twin rooms, which was not acceptable to us. It took 30 minutes of discussions with the staff, and then an hour wait before they eventually found two twin rooms for us.

I don't understand why Berlin's Winters hotel is very different than Munich's Wenters hotel. Berlin's Winters hotel was nice and I had a good experience, so I went to Munich and wanted to stay at the Wenters hotel again, but it was so much worse. The room had no air conditioning in the hot summer and no Wi-Fi. It was not very nice of them didn't tell me before I made my decision.

Bed probably the most uncomfortable I've ever had in a hoptel room. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, early morning trips to expensive coffee shops.

This hotel described itself as four star. It is clean, functional and pretty good value, but not even close to four star standard. For example, the reception counter doubles as the bar. Also the bedrooms were small, and there was no wifi available other than on the first floor where the breakfast room was located. If the hotel had advertised itself as three star, my comments would have been positive
