Clean hotel. Quiet rooms. Very friendly staff. Location was ideal, close to subway station.

A smaller hotel, with a great location and helpful staff. Rooms are larger than normal with wood floors, with larger beds. Design choices that are different than other hotels. One of my favorite places to stay in Berlin!

The individuality. The location to restaurants and bars, Museum Island and other central locations. Beds lovely and comfortable. Toilet separate from shower and basin. Linen crisp and clean.

The difficulty in getting your towels changed. There was inconsistency and lack of advice on how to go about this.The room was ok clean but was dusty and not spotless - could have been significantly improved with not much effort. Need to be tall to get in and out of bed easily.

It was modern, funky and well positioned for the centre of Berlin. Staff were really helpful and spoke excellent english.

We did not get two sets of bathroom towels despite asking reception. No tea of coffee making facilities in the room

Friendly, helpful bar staff. Cute rooftop bar. Good shower. Great shops, restaurants, bars and cafes nearby.

It doesn´t really have free Wi-fi. It only works very slowly and only for one gadget per room.

Very good location, not very big but stylish room, very quiet (backside of hotel) good wifi service and Mac in room.

The entrance and reception area are not particularly welcoming. The lounge seats in reception area are neat and comfortable though.

This is an excellent hotel in a great location in Berlin. The rooms are very comfortable and it offers good value for money in my opinion.

The noise of the heavy doors of the rooms and the floor landing can be easily heard in room but it didn't annoy me. The breakfast buffet was a bit slow to be replenished.

Lovely welcoming staff. We had a standard double room with a very comfortable bed. The room was nicely spacious with an apple computer with Internet and ipod speaker doc. The shower was stocked with White Company products and and Asprey soaps. Very nice! They have a great do not disturb policy and let each guest just enjoy their time away. Cool hotel in a great location. Would without a doubt stay again

The staff was GREAT! They are friendly and helpful. Also, I love the bed and the fact that there was a computer with an easy wi-fi connection in the room! The shower was nice, too.

There was no safe in the room and for safety reasons the computers should be reset automatically between visitors (i.e., cleaning the cache and log-ins of the last visitors so new visitors can't see). These are minor points and would not discourage me from staying there again or recommending this cool place to my friends.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. It came recommended and it really didnt let us down. Perfect location, cool place to hang, clean rooms with wonderful bathroom.

Friendly helpful staff, very cool hotel with street art in the stairwells and at the entrence, great facilities in the room, right near the u barn station and close to lovely shops, cafe's and bars and restaurants near by.

Drinks and breakfast very expensive in comparison to what you can get just down the street.

Pretty much everything. Very cool hotel in a great location next to the best shops & boutiques, cosy and hip restaurants. Really nice vibe, original modern art and luxurious setting. iMac in rooms.

Staff were lovely - very quick check in & issues were dealt with immediately.Waiter at bar was extremely friendly & full of local knowlege. Room was large for a city hotel, clean & minimal - would return.

Lack of amenties in the room such as iron, mini bar, fridge etc - but nothing that you felt you could not ask the staff to provide as they were very helpful.

We forgot our hairdryer on check out, and knew 100% sure where we left it. Too bad it wasn't 'found' so that was a big minor on our good stay.

Already stayed here a couple of times. Location is perfect in the Mitte, near Alexander Platz, the rooms are well designed, modern and all feature wifi + local iMac. Loved the big tub behind the bed and the shower is big enough.

Stuff double charged the deposit upon arrival of our pre-paid stay, however once realised they acted quicky to correct it.

Internet speed was not par with standard. Room fixtures bulky but not made for comfort. Price seems more base on hip than value for dollar.

The staff was very unflexible Had to pay a deposit of 50euro for each night, quite alot, before even entering the room to leave luggage, so had to walk 1km to nearest ATM. Very loud music in the lobby all day. The staff didnt agree to decrease volume even as several guests were complaining. In all, not worth its high price.
