Staff was nice and helpful. Very easy and fast check in and out .

Internet access provided by T mobile and have to have scratched card daily.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. It was quiet at night time so we were never disturbed. The cleaners did a great job and the breakfast was extremely good.

Our room was the furthest away on the top floor but that was only because the receptionist was kind enough to check me in early...there is nothing that I can complain about really!

Fantastic hotel, perfect location for a city break. Exceptional level of service and able to help with any needs. Hotel bar really lovely for drink at the end of the day with fantastic choice of snacks and beverages. Hope to be back next year!

It's a very good hotel with friendly stuff, very clean, modern. It has nice location, 3 min walk to Alexanderplatz and 10 min to the museum island, and big shopping mall nearby.

There's no a fridge in the rooms.

The location was good, very good breakfast, we booked business rooms which appear to be the same as comfort rooms except you should get tea and coffee facility - no problem with room but had to ask for the tea/coffee...rooms were quiet and comfortable

The first receptionist I met!!! she was very rude, really unhelpful...luckily she told me she could not help I had to come back later!!! The second receptionist was lovely and very helpful .... Really did not like the fact that one night they had a private function and shut the bar and restaurant without warning....as we were a party of 9 people we had to make other arrangements!!!

The hotel was lovely and very central

I had booked a Junior Suite for three people. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they had over booked and that they we giving us adjoining rooms. The rooms were fine but we had booked last August and feel they should not have over booked

Near Alexanderplatz, but far from city center. Room was clean, wifi free but with card. Breakfast was excellent and good varieties. Friendly staff and cooperative. There is a direct bus from Tegel airport till Alexanderplatz which is very near from hotel and a lot of restaurant near by.

Room was small, no mini bar although it is 4 stars, my room was far away from lifts and no enough lifts in hotel.

There was an over booking situation on arrival and this was expertly handled by the staff on duty. All staff were extremely courteous and helpful even though we did not speak any German.

The hotel was lovely, it was very clean and modern and was in a very good location. There was a selection of restaurants nearby and a Beer Keller right next door.

The bathroom was lovely with under floor heating and a monsoon rain shower. However I am not one for frosted glass doors into bathrooms and toilets but that was the only thing I didn't like in the room.

It's only my opinion but I really don't like when staff tells me that I have only 15 min to have breakfast! It's sounds a little bit rude...I know hotel rules and I am not going to eat here for one houre or something like this

Everything was really clean and the staff were lovely. They were helpful and polite. The hotel is in a perfect location. One tip: You have to ask for the telekom card to gain access for the free wi-fi.

Room was very clean with a modern design. Hotel is in a prime location in Alexanderplatz right by the metro staion and bus stops. Easily accessible to either of the airports. Excellent value compared to other cities.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were made up to a good standard, it was comfortable and relaxing.

The breakfast was too overpriced for what there was, it wasn't anything exciting. I thought being on the 8th floor would have meant a good view, but we had a lovely view of another wall.

The hotel was very good value for such a central location. Breakfast was included and excellent. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was excellent. Good to have free wi fi and facility to checking on line and print boarding card

A nice modern Hotel. Very helpful staff. Luggage room if you were leaving late. Reasonable prices in the restaurant and bar.

Just one restaurant and bar. The small bar didn't open until 18.00 and while it supposedly closed at 02.00 we were asked for last orders at 23.50. On one evening we along with several others were turned away as it was full,even though several empty seats were clearly visable - yes I know there are plenty of other drinking places in in Berlin...

The hotel is pleasant, and the room is well-designed and comfortable. Location is also quite convenient.

Staff is polite, but not at all what I'd call "warm" or "friendly". Also, I am convinced that the weekend maid tampered with my safe. I was unable to open it, and therefore unable to access my laptop or camera, until the following day, because the hotel handyman doesn't work weekends. This would have been tragic if I had to catch a flight that evening or the next morning.
